Abstract—Chou-Fasman algorithm is an empirical algorithm developed for the prediction of protein secondary structure. Implementation and interpretation of the secondary structure of protein has been done using C programming and the output of the result has been predicted good results compared with SOPMA, PSI Pred and Chou-Fasman v1.1 servers. The predicted protein confirmed good accuracy to PSSP results from C programming of the query protein compared to PDB.
